Frozen Pup'sicle
Preparation time: 10 minutes
You will need:
50g Whole Blueberries
1 Banana or x 10 Strawberries diced
1tsp natural honey
1 cup (8oz/120g) Plain yoghurt
Method:
1. Mix all of the ingredients together in a bowl, spoon into an ice cube tray and freeze. If you would prefer you can blend the ingredients to a smooth paste before freezing.
2. Freeze for a minimum of 5 hours or overnight.
For easy storage remove the frozen Yogurt Surprise cubes and store in a freezer bag.
Be sure to clearly label the bag with the date.
Can be kept frozen for up to 3 months.
