Cooling Cup

Preparation time: 10 minutes


You will need:

1 carrot - grated

1 apple (peeled and cored) – chopped

300ml Water

Paper Cup or ice-cube tray




1. Add your water, apple and carrot into a jug - blend until smooth.

2.  Pour into your paper cup or ice cube tray and freeze.


TOP TIP:  For easy storage remove from the paper cup or ice-cube tray and store it in a freezer bag.


Be sure to clearly label the bag with the date. Can be kept frozen for up to 3 months.
