DO NOT USE! Incompassionate, unfriendly, rushed, unprofessional - went in for boosters for my cat but was left waiting outside surrounded by dogs for over half an hour.
Eventually saw someone who I later found out was a nurse not a vet. Was barely acknowledged in his hurry to get us out, my cat was not even spoken to let alone stroked or checked over and he was so rough he broke a claw forcing him head first back into his carrier.
I was then charged £10 more than the price quoted 3 days earlier.
Disgraceful service and disgusting attitude.
