If you are looking for a great vet who deals with pets and their owners with kindness, sensitivity and humour (his jokes are terrible!) then look no further. We have trusted him to care for our pets and, when the time came, to help us make the right decisions. The welfare of animals is his first concern and not the money, can't recommend him highly enough.

This vet is just so nice, human, normal, loving and my dog likes him despite having his balls removed and prodded with large needles. Wouldn't go anywhere else

We have been using Andy now for 20 years and I wouldn't use any other. Dealt with all our dogs
And we have been extremely happy. Good sense of humour and the receptionists are very helpful.

A thoroughly nice vet with good communication skills & a great sense if humour! Interested in the pet & best treatment & not the money! A relaxed feel to the surgery too which helps the animals too.

Andy Garton is a rare vet. He is not only extremely knowledgeable about our cats who he has cared for over the past 19 years but is also.caring and when needed pragmatic helping to make difficult decisions if needed. I would highly recommend Andy even if it means a drive to see him rather than using your local vet.

I have been going to Andy Garton for the 15 years, firstly we various rabbits and guinea pigs and subsequently with my 3 cats. He is an excellent vet, explains everything in plain English and does not undertake tests or procedures unnecessarily. I completely trust Andy and would highly recommend him.

I have been going to MR Garton since he took over from the last vet, over 20 years.
I find him excellent with the animals, plus their owners, and I don't feel ripped off, like a lot of vets seem to do.
I have trust, and peace of mind, that my dogs will always get A 1 treatment, and when the time comes to say goodbye, I know through past experiance that Andrew and his staff seem to make it, so stress free, and peaceful, nothing seems much trouble....
