I believe that this practice almost caused the death of our guinea pig, and seems to have reported my initial review so that other members of the public are unable to see what happened.

We got our guinea pig spayed through this practice, but when we got her home, she was cold, unresponsive, and unconscious, and we thought she had died. As a result, we have spent the last six weeks taking her to an emergency vet hospital and having to syringe feed her multiple times per day.

Further, the practice also did not keep appropriate records of her recovery and admitted that this was “strange”. The clinical director told us that despite receiving her home in an unconscious state, that her recovery was “remarkable”. Really concerned.

Now having to report this practice to the appropriate governing bodies because of what I believe to have been negligent vet care.
