So pleased with my Catio from ProtectaPet! One of my cats, Janie, has mild cerebellar hypoplasia and some brain damage and can only be outside if I'm there to watch her. Its great to know that she'll be able to get some fresh air safely and securely any time she likes and I know both my cats are going to love it when its raining as I had a roof fitted.
Phil and Ash did a great job putting the Catio up. I think it might have been a bit tricky due to the height needed to clear the window and the polycarbonate roof but they worked professionally throughout and stayed until it was finished on the second day. They were friendly and considerate around the cats and I couldn't have wished for a better service.
Lucy in the office was also incredibly helpful, friendly and very patient as we went through my order.
So thanks to everyone at ProtectaPet from me, Jinx and Janie - I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a safe, secure environment for their pets.
