When our 2 year old cat Hobnob was tragically killed outside our house we decided that her mother and 3 siblings would be safer living as house cats. Since then 3 years have passed and we have now decided that our furry kids need more space to run around safely, to burn off energy and to help them lose weight!!
Its been a week now since Mark and Josh installed our cat containment system. Living in a mid-terrace house posed some obstacles- a shed, back door and window access and a boiler house/chimney. Mark and Josh solved all the issues and maintained a positive and upbeat attitude along with amusing banter throughout the day. Nothing was impossible and all potential escape areas were covered. Mark and Josh both demonstrated a professional attitude and excellent work ethic.
Our neighbours have commented on how aesthetically the system looks and we feel confident to let our 4 cats roam in their new secure garden. Their only escape attempts were when the neighbourhood cats tried unsuccessfully to get in the garden.
The ProtectaPet after sales service is also to be commended. We had a small technical issue which was dealt with promptly and professionally by the next available installation team.
We would like to express our grateful thanks to all the ProtectaPet team and regret not having the system installed years ago as it has made all our lives better.
