Excellent service - fantastic product!
We were looking to buy all 3 of our dogs a drying coat but wanted to see what they were like first, so we bought one for our smallest family member Sid the Min Pin. Have to say,
I needn't have worried - the whole process, from navigating the website to find the perfect style and colour through to ordering and paying for it was straightforward. We received confirmation of our order and we were kept up-to-date with its progress.
The coat arrived a day later!
It was in its own storage bag which is super-handy for in-between wears. It was easy to put on and take off and it fitted perfectly - I couldn't wait to use it!
Gave Sid a bath - put on his coat and ...... it actually did what it says it will do - it dried him quickly AND we didn't get the normal 'I hope you feel guilty' shivering episode!
We went on to buy a coat for Ed our Great Dane and at the weekend we bought the Christmas 2019 edition for Dasiy.
