I was at my wits end over the summer, my cats jumping up trying to get the squirrels, so I could not use the garden. I came across protectapet and they had a solution. From first contact, Jade in the office seemed very knowledgeable, helpful and patient, I really appreciated her support when due to a leak I had to put back my fitting date. We had various communication during this period and I felt she cared. Ash & Mark came to fit the fence, they were amazing. They cleaned up after themselves, talked though the care and very respectful of my home and cats. The fence itself looks good and I’m hoping this will enable me to enjoy my garden without worrying about Bertie & Pepper getting out, I love the little touch of the cat shapes on the fencing. My experience with Protect a Pet as been 5*, I would definitely recommend them.
