Easy Animal Ltd sold me a faulty product and I have spent over a year trying to get this sorted. Easy Animal just ignores emails and then after a while replies with "i thought this was sorted" and then ignores all correspondence.
Court fee's will cost more than the faulty product they sent me - no interest in refunding or even attempting customer service.
