At a time of great sadness, as we very suddenly lost our cat Mol, having not been in that situation before it was reassuring to know that help and support was there. Emma was sensitive and professional. She explained the options we had and what she could do. Our cat was at an out of hours vet so not our usual one and it was very upsetting leaving Mol there. Emma collected Mol from the vet and took her to the pet crematorium and then bought her back home. This was all done very quickly and Emma was very caring and understanding.
