If only all Vets were as good
I have used Clent Hills since I first had pets 16 years ago. When I moved house, I registered my then cat at a local Vet for emergency treatment only; we travelled back to Clent Hills for all non emergency treatment and annual check ups. I was so happy to move back to the area. All the vets communicate with pet parents/owners really effectively, they work with us and ensure we understand what is going on. They make the time to develop a working relationship with the parent/owner and the animals in their care. I have absolute trust in them, all of them including the administrative staff, they do their utmost to help, and they explain what is happening. If it is not clear what the problem is, they will tell us how they are going to proceed and why. Their commitment goes above and beyond; one of the partners came in on his day off to explain my cat's condition and euthanise him because he had been the primary Vet, and he knew how much my cat hated going to the Vet however ill he was. I highly recommend Clent Hills

When I got her, she was in just a tank with a water bowl. No hide house, no basking light, no branches to climb; nothing. She has all that now
