We really valued the home visits from Helen. Home visits eliminate the stress of a drive to the vet for our elderly cat and for us. Helen was prompt to arrive and the examination was gentle and very thorough. Follow up service by phone was also very good and it is reassuring that we can ring for advice when we need it, knowing that Helen has a good understanding of our cat and his needs.
