We’ve visited The Vet twice in the last week, first for our cat Watson’s check up and second for his neuter. Watson was treated with the upmost respect & care and we really appreciate that. We dropped him off at 9.30am and received an update on him at two which was very thorough and clear with how he was doing and what they had done. His nails we're done for free and they fed him, he’s a very nervous cat so I’m impressed that he wasn’t overly stressed in their care. The vet who discharged him was lovely, she explained everything to us and covered all topics as far as to what to feed him after his ordeal and letting us know of another number in case we have any concerns whilst The Vet was closed. As far as covid 19 goes we felt very secure and safe in there with all bases covered. The vets and receptionists were very friendly. We really appreciate how well you took care of our boy and will be using you again for whatever he may need. Thank you very much to all of the team at The Vet!

When I got her, she was in just a tank with a water bowl. No hide house, no basking light, no branches to climb; nothing. She has all that now
