My two dogs have been going to completely K9 for a few months now, one for fun swim and one for health issue. The one who does it for fun...it is the best day of her week, she cries when she has to get out. The one who has the health issues, the difference between three months ago and now is amazing. She is slowly returning to how I remember her being before she got ill. She wants to play now and chase the ball instead of slowly walking along behind me. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Completely K9 has been fantastic for my dog. The pool is so big she gets a good swim every session and has regained her fitness and built back the muscle in her leg following a cruciate operation. The staff have always been very friendly. You can also park right outside which is important when you have a dog with leg or joint problems and cant walk it far.

I have been taking my dog to hydrotherapy sessions for a year now. The improvements in her mobility/general fitness are amazing. Would highly recommend.

A Fantastic service which i have been going to for a while now. My Dog Ellie has done amazing with her Hydrotherapy. So much so that she is now off her daily medication which was costing a small fortune.

My bulldog has been going every week for about 6 months and thanks to Jim and Jo we now have one super fit very healthy bulldog, she doesn't need to go all the time now but we take her anyway as she loves it so much. Jim and Jo are all about the dogs they love what they do and it shows, if you want a fun,friendly environment which is safe and secure this is the place to take you beloved fur babies.

Highly recommended. Great facilities, friendly and knowledgeable staff but most importantly the treatment has helped our dog's knee problems, improved his fitness, lose weight and have more all round energy.

I was going on my first beach holiday to Cornwall with my dog, Rafa, and being the neurotic, over-protective doggy-mum I am was terrified that Rafa wouldn't be able to swim- he certainly seemed to dislike water. I contacted the centre and they suggested we had a session to put my mind at ease. I booked the appointment with Jo, who was extremely helpful in finding a time that accomodated the fact that I don't drive and work full time. It is quite accessible by public transport however I managed to get a lift. There is ample parking.
Jim took the session. He was so good with Rafa, and equally as good with nervous me! He gradually introduced Rafa to the pool and by the end he was confidently swimming!
When we went away, such was Rafas water confidence after just a couple of sessions with Jim we couldn't get him out the sea. He had the most amazing holiday and i feel that was down to the confidence Jim instilled him during his swimming lessons. I was so impressed that my sister brought her dog down all the way from Leeds for his first session. In Rafas second session, my partner and I got in the pool, which was lovely and warm and a great bonding session with us and Rafa.
The centre is spacious, clean and also sells a range of healthy living dog foods.
The only thing that i would like to see different is, from a purely selfish point of view- a vending machine! Used to love getting out the pool as a kid and getting a kit kat haha!

The centre itself is a self-contained unit with ample customer parking and a spacious and impeccably clean reception area. The centre also boasts a Self Service Dog Wash, a small shop where you can purchase Holistic dog food, and treatment rooms for alternative healing therapies such as massage and Reiki.The pool itself is huge, the pool area is separated from the rest of the centre by lockable gates ensuring that any reluctant dogs cannot escape and run loose.

Daisy was a little unsure to begin with but this was monitored closely. Jim was confident in handling doo's and she soon relaxed and got in to the 'swim' of it - especially when she saw the squeaky ball and toys - this really was turning out to be a fun swim!

Completely K9 is the one stop shop for you best friend !!! Jo and Jim know dogs inside and out and will always look after all your dogs needs.
As far as I know they are the only centre in the South East to have a Hyro pool for your dog, which is good for a fun swim or if your dog has joint problems then the pool will help... Just ask Hopi !!!
They also have Dog showers and dryers so you can take your dog for a nice long dirty walk and then have somewhere you can shower them down.
They can also cater for your dogs food, supplying you with all the correct natural food to keep your faithful friend in tip top condition.
If you need someone to walk your dog then look no further than Jo and Jim as the also do dog walking with a fantastic team behind them, while your there speak to Jo about her puppy and dog classes during the weekend and during the week. As I say your one stop shop for all your dogs needs. Philip
