Total waste of time and money!!

Paid £200 for a one day dog grooming course from 10 am - 3pm with refreshments.
Took my own small dog who I understand is a pleasure to groom at her usual groomers.
The whole experience was both unprofessional and unsettling.
Julie the trainer was heavy handed with my dog, had very little patience, continually left the room to calm down and appeared agitated from our first meeting until we decided to leave at 1.15.
No consideration was given to our feelings....only her own!!
We could not wait to escape.
Julie made little effort to communicate on the day but promised to forward notes /clipping tips and recommendations best suited for my dog's breed.
After chasing for the said information I was given two photos from a brochure!!!
To sum up the experience....a total waste of £200.

Grooming centre is, in fact, a cow shed - don't be fooled by the photos! It's owned and run by the most unprofessional person I have EVER had the misfortune to meet - nasty! The only recommendation I would make is: Stay Away!
