Hydrotherapy for Rehabilitation, Fitness and Fun for dogs, cats & small animals

Benefiting dogs suffering with arthritis and other orthopaedic complaints, rehabilitation post surgery, muscle conditioning and fitness for working, agility & show dogs, weight management and fun

Malvern Canine Hydrotherapy Centre have a top of the range new HYDRO PHYSIO water treadmill. It is larger than most standard treadmills on the market, allowing plenty of room for the therapist to be in the treadmill with patients to give assistance. This also gives more confidence to the dogs in their initial sessions. The water height, speed and incline can all be adjusted so an individual programme can be made for each case.

The HYDRO PHYSIO water treadmill has a multitude of uses, including rehabilitation, well-being and training. An ideal environment to utilise the properties of water, offering an extremely effective hydrotherapy setting for patient care and treatment. Exercise in water is proven to be an effective method to gain faster results.

Malvern Canine Hydrotherapy Centre is situated right in the heart of Malvern in Barnards Green. There is parking on-site and also lots of common land nearby to exercise your dogs, and of course the beautiful Malvern Hills.

Emma was reassuring from the start with my elderly nervous Flat Coat who can be very wary of strangers . Jet settled very quickly and soon understood what was expected . Jet has fairly bad arthritis in elbows and my vet recommended Emma’s services . Looking forward to our next session asJet although slightly tired after 1st session is definitely moving a lot better already.
See you Wednesday

My dog would probably not still be with us if it wasn’t for Emma and Hydrotherapy. She collapsed about 3 months ago and was touch and go . Diagnosis was acute arthritis. Once we had managed her pain , we started Hydrotherapy and she has come on leaps and bounds and is back to being a happy old lady. She goes for short walks and is enjoying life gain. She enjoys her fortnightly sessions and her mobility is so much better.
She doing so well fo a 13 year old Labrador
Thank You Emma

My Visla has been seeing Emma and having Hydrotherapy for 5 weeks after having a fracture in hind leg, she had lost a lot of muscle and was not using it very well.
Emma was so reassuring and took her time to make Bonnie relax as she is not a water dog. She began to enjoy her sessions and was soon using her leg and is now back to normal and a happy dog again.
I can’t thank Emma enough and would highly recommend this type of treatment.

Emma has been fantastic with our 6 month old girl after she had surgery to mend a complicated fracture to her elbow. After the surgery she would not put any weight on her right front leg and so we were recommended Emma by our vet for some water treadmill therapy. After 4 sessions she is using the leg almost all the time and has gained great confidence. She still has a little way to go as Emma said a lot of her problem in not using the leg was due with lack of confidence and habbit. she also still has more muscle to build in her shoulder . Thank you Emma you have been a saviour . Big kisses from Loca and Anne

Thank you for all your help with Mable after her cruciate surgery, even though the water side of it was not her favourite thing, you were so good with her and I think she enjoyed it towards the end of her course, she is still doing well and back to off lead walks and having fun, however she will still not go in the stream behind our house :-) . Thank you again Paula and Mable x

I have been taking my collies to see Emma for Hydrotherapy for about 3 years now and when Emma sold her old business and relocated I did not hesitate in following her , she is great with my girls and they are all a ripe old age and benefiting from their sessions .
