Abbey House, Kippax opened in June 2007. The branch was extended in September 2008 to include an operating theatre, x-ray and laboratory facilities. Pets admitted at the Kippax and Rothwell branches for routine operations such as neutering or dentals are treated at Kippax.

The clinic now has three receptionists, a veterinary nurse and veterinary surgeon. There is free parking both on the roadside in front of the clinic and also in a car park to the rear of the premises.
