Home Boarding For Dogs in Stockport & East Cheshire

The alternative to kennels in Stockport, Cheadle, Wilmslow, Macclesfield and the surrounding areas.

PetStay Stockport provides a service second to none that will ensure that your dog receives a one-to-one carer whilst you are away on holiday. Your pet will be matched with one of our carefully selected, and insured carers who will look after your dog for the whole duration of your time away and who will treat your dog as part of the family, adhering to the environment and routine that they normally receive at home.

Your dog will live in the carer's home with their own bed and toys so they’ll hardly know the difference, which is why dog sitting Stockport from PetStay is a far less stressful experience than dog kennels.

PetStay Stockport and East Cheshire offer a “home from home” whether you are planning a trip for business, a weekend break, or a fortnight getaway. The benefit of home boarding is being able to tailor your dog’s “holiday” with PetStay. This means, that they can maintain the routines you have in place at home, be that sleeping, feeding, exercising or companionship. Staying in a home environment means your dog will get lots of love and attention from a carer who will treat your dog as their own, which is essential to you and them!

All carers are experienced dog owners and most importantly – love dogs! A meeting will be set up so you and your dog(s) can meet their carer and see their holiday home beforehand. PetStay will never mix dogs from different families/households and dogs are walked on a lead whilst walking in public places. Finally, all hosts are fully insured and regularly inspected to make sure they meet the stringent criteria required for a license by the local authority.

Meet The Owner

Hello, my name is Jason and I am the new owner of the Stockport and East Cheshire Branch of PetStay. I live in Hazel Grove with my wife, three children and our much-loved family dog, Sophie, a Lhasa Apso. We first came across PetStay when we were booking our first holiday after getting Sophie and really wanted her to have the best time while we were away. Eight years later she still stays with the same carers that she did on that first holiday.

I understand the love that owners have for their dogs and from experience, I know that owners do not want to leave their furry family members in a kennel. This is why I was excited to take up the opportunity to take over PetStay Stockport and East Cheshire Branch – to offer bespoke home boarding for family dogs.
