They provide dogs in their care with daily stimulation & fun walks in a variety of locations. All dogs are properly supervised throughout the day and return home happy and tired and ready for the next visit.
Daycare for Dogs
TRAILS FOR TAILS provide daycare for dogs & puppies for your dog/puppy whilst you are at work, shopping, having a day out with the children, moving house or simply having some 'me time'.
They offer two daycare sessions:
Short day - we pick up between 9.30/10am and drop back around 3/3.30pm (£12 per dog per day)
Long day - dog is dropped off around 8am and collected around 6pm (£15 per dog per day)
All dogs in doggie daycare are walked for at least one hour in the morning and again in the afternoon for 20 / 30 minutes.
All daycare dogs are transported safely and comfortably in a crated Citroen Dispatch Van (no overcrowding) and are walked in safe environments off lead providing they have a good recall and the owners permission.
Home Boarding for Dogs
TRAILS FOR TAILS offers a Home Boarding for Dogs service if you are going away on holiday, a business trip, having your house renovated/decorated, moving home or planning a party.
All dogs live as part of the family in their home and are made to feel welcome from the moment they arrive. To help your dog settle and enjoy their stay they ask that you bring their favourite blanket, toy & bed. They will send regular updates including photos by text or email to let you know how your dog is settling in.
During their stay your dog will be walked twice daily with their regular dogs in safe country environments or down by the beach. They will have access to a large garden which is safe and secure throughout the day.
Before your dog comes to stay ou will have the opportunity to meet the team and ask any questions. This is also an ideal time to discuss your dog's likes and dislikes and get an understanding of his/her character.
All bookings for Home Boarding are secured when a 50% deposit (non-refundable) is paid and the balance is payable 4 weeks before your dog comes to stay.
When your dog comes to Home Board you will need to bring:
Vaccination Certificate (this will be returned at the end of the visit)
Food & Treats
Lead/Harness & Collar
Favourite Toys and blanket
Your dog should have been wormed during the last three months and had a flea treatment during the last four weeks.
Dog Walking
TRAILS FOR TAILS offers a professional dog walking service to pet owners living in Seaford and the surrounding areas (Denton, Newhaven & Eastbourne).
They will walk your dog(s) in safe environments and help keep your dog active, healthy and stimulated when you are not around. They walk dogs off the lead with the owners permission and when they are confident that your dog has a good recall.
Dogs are walked in groups of up to a maximum of six per handler, this ensures that they have control of each dog and know where they are at all times.
Your dog will be returned home safely at the end of the dog walking session tired but happy. They will give him/her a healthy treat (with your permission), do a quick rub down (if necessary) and ensure that fresh water is available.
Please note: They do not accept un-neutered/spayed dogs over the age of 9 months into Daycare, Home Boarding or Group Walks.
User reviews
He is extremely happy there and can't wait to go. It is a very professional and I am completely confident leaving Freddie.
I had never left Freddie over night before but I had opportunity to go to London. I had no hesitation in leaving Freddie with Connie and he had a great time.
I highly recommend!
