I visited this practice in April 2018 with my cat who had a sore on her back. They told me it was just an infection and treated her with antibiotics and anti-inflammatory. Last Sunday, a couple of days after seeing them, I took my cat to another vets as she had stopped eating and didn't seem to be improving. As soon as the vet saw the sore they immediately said that the sore looked like cancerous tumour. Unfortunately my cat had to be put down that day. I don't believe that anything else could have been done if my cat diagnosed correctly, however it certainly would have caused less suffering and pain for her. I am very concerned about the level of care they gave - I do not believe they fully inspected the wound - I was in and out of the practice very quickly. The growth was large, swollen and most importantly hard - which are key signs of a tumour.
