My dog was sent here as an out of out hours service. The vet did not listen to our descriptions of his symtpoms or health history and went ahead with a procedure (without permission) that instantly was "detrimental to his health", causing us to have my dog in and out of the vets for the last 10 days, ending up at a specialist vets where he has had to undergo an MRI and spinal tap! Currently with a very unhappy Dog, family upset and a bill now rolling over £5000 because Medivet Bearsted did not take more care for a simple condition. They made a healthy happy dog with a simple problem critically ill. We’ve sort the opinion of a further 3 vets that all agree that the procedure should never had taken place. AVOID THIS VET PRACTICE.
