I’ve taken all my pets here for the past few years and previously I would of highly recommend them and I have. But now definitely not! My pet has just been in for a couple of days because he was dehydrated and not acting himself. After a couple of worrying days he was finally better and I was slapped with a £500 bill and very little information on what that was for. Then got told he probably had cancer and needed more tests because they really didn’t know what was wrong. Another £250 later and stressful days (bearing in mind I was told it would take 2 days for the results and I didn’t get them back until 7 days later after I called them) we found it wasn’t cancer and now they are still clueless but are still wanting more tests and medication etc all in all I’ve paid around £800 for my pet to be hydrated and I’m not impressed about it. There wasn’t really that much communication I was made to feel bad bringing him dehydrated when I tried for a couple of days to get him to drink. No longer using this vet

Staff are always cheerful & friendly. Our cats are always well looked after on their visits . Prices are better than other vets.

My visits have always been a pleasure. The staff here are all friendly starting with the very welcoming reception staff. The vets are all very knowledgeable and treat your furry friend with top quality care. I would recommend them and as I have alot of pets I am sure I will be back soon. I have recently been to the vet in Southampton with my bichon freise max
After having X-rays he had to have his front left leg amputated the care we received was outstanding by peter who done the surgery also desk staff who asked every time we went for a checkup how he was doing
I would like to say well done to all I no that I will have a vet for life by coming to you

Had an emergency where my cat fell out of bedroom window and was very poorly. They took him in straight away and were very good. He recovered in a few days. Would highly recommend.

Excellent service for my dogs Narla, Blue and Hunter.

Have both dog's registered with The Vet and would totally recommend them to anyone.
My youngest dog was castrated this year and I can't express how impressed I am with the affordable cost and brilliant care .

Recently had to say goodbye to my wonderful much loved cat Ginger.
Abby and the whole team at the Vet Southampton are the most caring, compassionate ,professional and understanding people who clearly treat all the animals as they would their own
Their skill and dedication in treating Ginger was second to none. I can-not praise them highly enough

After posting a review about my cat Tom and the fantastic care he was given today I received a handwritten card and my tom paw print done in ink. It fits just nicely in to my purse I think this is so lovely and was truly grateful for this little keepsakes that I will treasure . Thankyou to all at the Vet xx

Brilliant vets lost my beloved cat Tom just over a week ago and would like to say a massive thank you for caring for my cat. When the time came that I felt it was right to say goodbye the staff and vet were compassionate. Kind and very caring which helped me a lot to come to terms on the decision to end his life. Would recommend this vet to my friends and thankyou so much for looking after him and me when I was a blubbering mess x

Very satisfied with their care and attention .very good health check on my new puppy and even removed him from from consultation room for jabs and microchiping so not to associate to myself very thoughtful. Excellent value also compared to other vets in Southampton but of course when The vet becomes so popular we may have to make an appointment.
