The cottage is situated in Burtersett, a quiet hillside hamlet close to the thriving market town of Hawes in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales. Set in a timeless landscape of meadows and pastures Burtersett enjoys panoramic views of Wensleydale from its elevated position

The holiday cottage is in a secluded corner of the village with views of the fields and fells There are numerous walks to enjoy from the doorstep of the cottage including an historic stone flagged pathway through the hay meadows to Hawes
