Emma looked after our two tabbies, gold fish (and plants!) during a recent trip away. Emma provided a fantastic service, coming out to visit us first to take notes on 'creature habits', then kept in contact prior to and during our trip. Will definitely ask Emma again and would recommend!

At a time of great sadness, as we very suddenly lost our cat Mol, having not been in that situation before it was reassuring to know that help and support was there. Emma was sensitive and professional. She explained the options we had and what she could do. Our cat was at an out of hours vet so not our usual one and it was very upsetting leaving Mol there. Emma collected Mol from the vet and took her to the pet crematorium and then bought her back home. This was all done very quickly and Emma was very caring and understanding.

Emma & Duty of Care Pet Services looked after our two Pugs (Frances & Toffee) on the U.K. leg of their Singapore / U.K. trip in October last year. Emma co-ordinated with the Singapore based company to organise and co-ordinate the U.K. aspects of the trip including airport pick-up and clearances at the point of entry into the UK (London) not to mention the road trip to the North West of England. Frances & Toffee were in the very professional hands of Duty of Care Pet Services for the duration of their long haul trip home, Emma made it look so easy and gave us the peace of mind that we needed knowing the dogs were in great hands and care. Thank you for getting them home safely!

It is always a big decision going away and finding someone to trust with your beloved pets. Thank goodness we found Duty of Care Pet Services! They stood out to us as a professional company with extensive knowledge and experience of working with different species, this was a huge attraction to us and meant we could go away with complete peace of mind knowing our mini menagerie (including cats, fish, ferrets, a tortoise and a lizard) would be in safe hands.

Emma at Duty of Care Pet Services is excellent. She looked after my cat whilst I was on holiday, not just feeding him, but giving him love and cuddles as well as making the house look occupied. She is professional and friendly. I would not hesitate to use Emma again!

Sylven is the next generation of care with Emma. As usual the process was completed calmly and professionally even with this wriggly little monster!

Thank you so much for a first rate service today. I sent an enquiry over FB not expecting a quick answer as it was out of hours but shortly got a response. Although I'm not within the areas DOCP covers this wasn't an issue and Emma was happy to do a home chipping on a Sunday. A boon for someone that works during the week and can you imagine a vet doing that? My vet is literally down the road but the traumas of my cat being in a box, then a vehicle, then at the vet's - plus Bengals are heavy! - were all avoided. Usually, I'd find taking the cat to the vet stressful but this service meant an untraumatised cat and one stress-free owner. It didn't take a minute to have him chipped, all from the comfort of our home and Emma explained the procedure very clearly which was comforting. I would definitely use DOCP's services again.
