The Ministry of Dog offers a bespoke service tailored to the needs of your pet, so whether it is a fun walk in the open countryside, providing a comfort break for your puppy, or just the opportunity to be outdoors to 'sniff the air' during the day - they can help!  

They will provide your pets with companionship and exercise with the odd healthy treat thrown in!

Their team are all DBS checked, canine first aid trained, fully insured and crucially all with lifelong experience with dogs / cats / small animals and even chickens, you can go to work or enjoy an afternoon out knowing that your pet will be well cared for.  

All bookings start with an initial sniff out meeting just to make sure sure that their walkers are suitable and more importantly that your pets like them!  If booking for house sitting is required a 25% deposit is payable. However should you decide to cancel the booking within 48 hours this deposit is returned to you as they understand that sometimes circumstances can change.  

Dog Walking

Just as it says on the tin - they will take them out in their purpose built vehicle for a good stretch, run and sniff either in the local area or further afield, they will  then make sure they are all settled back home with water and food if required.

Energetic dogs and gundogs are most welcome and encouraged!

Dog Daycare

Flexible and fun daycare for your dog - they will pick up your best friends in their purpose built Ministry vehicle for a fun day walking, chasing, sniffing and exploring while you go to work guilt-free knowing that they being socialised with other similar natured dogs and enjoying beautiful local and interesting walks in top class caring company.

Their aim is to return your dog happy, relaxed and socialised at the end of the working day.

Cat/ kitten visits

Visit to feed / comfort break / check over and just for a bit of company to break up their day

Special price breaks for 2 or more visits a day - just ask!

House/ Pet sitting services

Go on holiday knowing that your pets are cared for and your house is occupied. DBS checked and insured they can look after your pets and house while you are away.

Prices vary depending on the animals to care for but as an example:

A 24 hour sit, or part thereof (with a maximum 4 hours away from the house during daylight hours) with 1 dog in the local area can be as little as £60.00 per day.

This way your pet stays in the comfort of their own home and your home stays occupied. They will provide daily updates/photos free of charge so you know that your pets are still being spoilt rotten.

Puppy sits/ Basic Training

Flexible puppy sits available, let Ministry of Dog come and keep your puppy company during the day They tidy up if necassary, let them out to do their business and engage them in play in the garden or maybe take them for a brief 'walk around the block'.

If your pup already goes to puppy classes they are happy to do a spot of basic reward based training with them.
It is also possible to bring another assessed dog/pug along for socialisation purposes and a bit of play.
