Our appointment was cancelled at the last minute, couldn't speak to a vet, not even a consultation over the telephone. I just needed a repeat prescription to manage a medical condition that deteriorates quickly without it. They refused.
Instead, they suggested I travel to another vet practice to get the repeat prescription medicine. It would take several hours to get there. I've read reviews that describe pets dying before they even get to the vet practice
Different receptionists and vets every single time - NO consistency. The hospital is nearly an hour away not great at all in an emergency and doesn't provide great care - surgery aftercare wasn't good.
