I would highly recommend ProtectaPet. We had cat fencing installed at the beginning of April and I am absolutely delighted with the end result & the peace of mind it brings. A great company to work with – from the start Jade was so helpful in walking me through the requirements & quotation and great with timely responses to queries. I also thought it was great value for money. For the install - Phil was fantastic; friendly, professional, and great quality work. I would definitely recommend professional install as Phil was able to come up with solutions to some of the non standard potential escape routes! My youngest cat has tried numerous escapes in the first few days, to no avail. He has now given up & enjoys the garden. We can now let the cats out unsupervised with no concerns. I wish I had done this sooner. Great job guys – thank you so much!

I had my Catio fitted the weekend before storm Clara buffeted my house on the top of a hill.
The whole process was positive and efficient:
- The administrative staff I dealt with were highly efficient and helpful.
- Ash and Mark who fitted this were efficient, friendly, courteous and focused on doing the job well. They left the site spotless.
- The catio itself is excellent my elderly cat who sometimes gets a little muddled can go outside and get fresh air and I can be secure he will not stray. He is content and I am at ease. Win win.

I have been looking for a while for a way for my cats to get safe outside access. I expected it to be difficult and stressful and for the final product to be intrusive and ugly. I can honestly say once I started the process it was easy. I am one very happy customer and my Russian Blue, Jinxy is so thrilled to be finally allowed to roam freely and safely in his garden :-) Our fabulous cat fence was installed by the very lovely Josh and Nathan. They carried out an extremely professional job, paying huge attention to detail and deliberating over the tiniest of detail. They were extremely courteous, respectful and thoughtful. I was at my wits end over the summer, my cats jumping up trying to get the squirrels, so I could not use the garden. I came across protectapet and they had a solution. From first contact, Jade in the office seemed very knowledgeable, helpful and patient, I really appreciated her support when due to a leak I had to put back my fitting date. We had various communication during this period and I felt she cared. Ash & Mark came to fit the fence, they were amazing. They cleaned up after themselves, talked though the care and very respectful of my home and cats. The fence itself looks good and I’m hoping this will enable me to enjoy my garden without worrying about Bertie & Pepper getting out, I love the little touch of the cat shapes on the fencing. My experience with Protect a Pet as been 5*, I would definitely recommend them.

Josh and Ian from Protectapet installed our back garden cat protection system this week. The mesh added to the top of the garden fence is much less intrusive than we were expecting, and very neatly done. Josh and Ian explained the installation very well and gave clear instructions on any potential escape routes and solutions, such as thinking about where we put our garden furniture. We are very pleased with the job they have done.

Great service from initial contact with Lucy in Sales to the installation with Ash and Mark. My cat has never been outside before so it will be a while before she fully tests the installation but I feel confident to let her out. However the neighbours cat who was a constant garden visitor has been around the perimeter of the fencing trying to get in and has not succeeded and now doesn't even try. My cat Luna doesn't normally appreciate toys with Catnip in them but the one left for her by Ash and Mark has been played with ever since. Thanks guys for all your hard work on the day of installation.

We've had some issues with a neighbourhood cat coming into our garden and our boy cay has got into several fights with it. He's picked up a few injuries and the last one was pretty bad. Decided to get some fencing installed and our two cats are now secure and happy with their own outside territory. Dealing with Protect A Pet was great. Office and sales staff were great and the installers were prompt, efficient and helpful. I would definitely recommend this to give you and your cats security and peace of mind.

Everyone we dealt with at ProtectaPet was helpful, professional and friendly from our initial contact with Lucy in the office, to Ash and Mark who installed our cat barrier. Ash & Mark were punctual, performed the installation with a minimum of fuss and disruption, even dealing diplomatically with an awkward neighbour who was not an animal lover! I recently had Protectapet fencing installed by Josh Lea and Mark Taylor and would like to thank them and Protectapet for such a fabulous job.
My garden is not conventional and has many (what I call) launch pads – perfect for escaping! There is a barbecue hut (with a low roof), a home bar up against the fencing, a side area with a shed and a cattery and two gates that can be scaled by athletic kitties. I wasn’t sure how they would tackle this but Josh and Mark worked over two days to ensure every escape route was covered and that it was all done as attractively as possible. They even coped professionally and politely with my neighbour who couldn’t understand why anyone would go to such lengths for their cats.
As soon as I let the cats out to explore, the runner of the family wandered around the perimeter eyeing up the fencing and when he had done a complete once over he just wandered off and sat in the sun, he has made no further attempts to even think about trying. The others are also quite accepting of it and we can now allow them access without watching over them every minute. It has been a great decision to install it.
It isn’t cheap but for the money you get a quality product and great customer service – you get what you pay for as they say. I would recommend this to anyone who wants peace of mind and safety for their pets. And you get a great cat nip toy at the end that my cats have gone absolutely wild for!

After having a cat run over last year I was eager to prevent this happening again so as soon as I moved to a new house I arranged for the installation of cat protective fencing. Ash , who carried out the installation was extremely professional, helpful and friendly ( he even took time to teach my 5 year old nephew to throw a frisbee!). The cats attempted to find a way out but failed as Ash had covered all escape routes and now they seem happy in their new environment. I felt the installation is very expensive but I now have peace of mind whenever my cats go outside.

This is an excellent system, and I wish it had been around 12 years ago, when my Somali, Rufus, was into escapology. Well, he’s getting on in years now, but with a new kitten arriving shortly, I will have the peace of mind knowing that she won’t be going walkabout!

Having just moved house, this is our second pet containment fencing from Protectapet and as we have a large garden, this was a big job with 114 metres of free standing fencing, not to mention the trees! Josh and Ash were with us for five days and were a brilliant installation twosome. We have two pedigree Ragamuffin kitties and one little rescue and they are a lively and mischievous threesome, especially the Ragamuffins, who love to run around and play in the garden. We would highly recommend ProtectaPet services for peace of mind and safety of beloved pets.
When our 2 year old cat Hobnob was tragically killed outside our house we decided that her mother and 3 siblings would be safer living as house cats. Since then 3 years have passed and we have now decided that our furry kids need more space to run around safely, to burn off energy and to help them lose weight!!
Its been a week now since Mark and Josh installed our cat containment system. Living in a mid-terrace house posed some obstacles- a shed, back door and window access and a boiler house/chimney. Mark and Josh solved all the issues and maintained a positive and upbeat attitude along with amusing banter throughout the day. Nothing was impossible and all potential escape areas were covered. Mark and Josh both demonstrated a professional attitude and excellent work ethic.
Our neighbours have commented on how aesthetically the system looks and we feel confident to let our 4 cats roam in their new secure garden. Their only escape attempts were when the neighbourhood cats tried unsuccessfully to get in the garden.
The ProtectaPet after sales service is also to be commended. We had a small technical issue which was dealt with promptly and professionally by the next available installation team.
We would like to express our grateful thanks to all the ProtectaPet team and regret not having the system installed years ago as it has made all our lives better.

So pleased with my Catio from ProtectaPet! One of my cats, Janie, has mild cerebellar hypoplasia and some brain damage and can only be outside if I'm there to watch her. Its great to know that she'll be able to get some fresh air safely and securely any time she likes and I know both my cats are going to love it when its raining as I had a roof fitted.
Phil and Ash did a great job putting the Catio up. I think it might have been a bit tricky due to the height needed to clear the window and the polycarbonate roof but they worked professionally throughout and stayed until it was finished on the second day. They were friendly and considerate around the cats and I couldn't have wished for a better service.
Lucy in the office was also incredibly helpful, friendly and very patient as we went through my order.
So thanks to everyone at ProtectaPet from me, Jinx and Janie - I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a safe, secure environment for their pets.

Our busy main road would have brought on their early demise so sit inside they have. Protect a pet was the best offer and most suitable product I found after a lot of research. Josh and Phil installed the fencing quickly and efficiently and did a fantastic job. Our two cats love being able to go into the garden now and despite a number of escape attempts they have been successfully contained. I've got 3 kittens and 2 one yr olds who were driving me mad in the house especially in the mornings......tooooo much energy so early!! I let the older 2 out wearing trackers but I'd still have to go and get them when they got too close to the road so my nerves were pretty frazzled!!! I got told about #protectapet when I asked for advice online about letting the cats out and it didn't take me long to decide that I wanted to get it installed.
I emailed Lucy to enquire about it and spoke a few times over a week and her customer service was second to none, very personal.
Ashley came to fit it and arrived spot on time. It took him all day on his own and done a great job, i couldn't wait for him to finish so i could let my 5 nutters out!!!
One in particular Ernie (AKA Houdini) went straight to it as expected trying every angle to get out and I had my doubts but one week later he's now given up..... chuffed!!!!
I feel free now being able to let them all out first thing in the morning so they can release their energy in the garden, it's a great feeling knowing that they're not going anywhere and they're safe. It's the best thing I've ever decided to get done! Thank you Protectapet (and all the team).
I emailed Lucy to enquire about it and spoke a few times over a week and her customer service was second to none, very personal.
Ashley came to fit it and arrived spot on time. It took him all day on his own and done a great job, i couldn't wait for him to finish so i could let my 5 nutters out!!!
One in particular Ernie (AKA Houdini) went straight to it as expected trying every angle to get out and I had my doubts but one week later he's now given up..... chuffed!!!!
I feel free now being able to let them all out first thing in the morning so they can release their energy in the garden, it's a great feeling knowing that they're not going anywhere and they're safe. It's the best thing I've ever decided to get done! Thank you Protectapet (and all the team).

We cannot thank ProtectaPet enough for their excellent service. A big thank you to Colin who came and surveyed our garden initially and gave good sound advice about what system would be best. He supported us right through from the survey to the installation and was always on the end of the phone if we needed advice. Ricky and Phil were brilliant putting everything in to place. They worked tirelessly, were courteous and entertaining with their banter. They did a thorough job and all within a day! Our three cats are now enjoying the fresh air and I have peace of mind that they are safe. I can thoroughly recommend them. Thank you again.

My cat containment system was due to be fitted on 2 May...Ricky and Mark duly turned up in torrential rain ready and willing to carry on regardless but it was pretty much a nonstarter without turning my garden into a quagmire. Lucy kindly re-arranged other appointments so that they could come back the next day and an early start plus their own forward planning on the rainy day over an unforeseen problem meant that they had finished just after lunchtime... they got here early, worked so hard and never took a break!! They also had to contend with the fact that I was having my front driveway block paved the same week - seemed like a good idea at the time!! I have eleven cats... some of whom are used to roaming the neighbourhood but bar one they have all accepted the new contraints with a good grace. Mindy is still looking for a way out but hanging off the netting just isn't working for her so hopefully she'll give up soon!! A massive thank you to Mark and Ricky, Lucy for all the organisation and support from the office and ProtectaPet for providing a system which removes that element of worry ever present for cat owners!! One very happy owner!!

We had the system installed a week ago by Ashley , it has changed our lives , the cats are addicted to the garden and the relief it has brought known get they can now go outside without their harness’s is incredible , it also means when we go away we can leave them at home with someone to call in to them instead of going to a cattery which we know they would hate , I would recommend this company , great customer service and Ashley was incredible and worked very hard all day to ensure our garden was completely safe for the cats , thanks so much to the team

I had my Protectapet system installed yesterday by Ricky Willson. I cannot begin to say how beyond impressed I was with him or the work. He arrived just before 9am as arranged, was polite and courteous. A pleasure to talk through the garden with. He noted an area I would never have considered as a potential escape area and even added in a bar of wood above our new gate. I cannot wait to finally be able to let my once permanent house cats into the garden with piece of mind knowing they are 100% safe. Protectapet is absolutely worth every penny and I will be recommending it to anyone who needs such a system! Thank you Protectapet!

My cats are 9 months old and into climbing everything. Having the garden secured by Protectapet has been brilliant, allowing them to enjoy the garden in safety, and me to know they will be safe from the road and anyone who might wish them ill. The whole process has been great. From Lucy in the office who was so understanding when I had to keep delaying with fallen fences etc. To the guys Phil, Mark and Ricky who were so professional the way they carried out the work. In fact I think they viewed everything through cats eyes! The system is far less intrusive than I thought it would be. I have almost stopped watching them now, except they love climbing the one tree that did not need protecting, and then falling out of it. I may need the guys back!

Can't thank these guys enough! After one of my cats, Bear, was badly injured after being hit by a car I contacted Protectapet regarding securing my garden. Adam and Ricky our installers were very friendly and did a great Job. They were good at their jobs and very efficient. I would highly recommend them to future customers. I needed peace of mind for my bunch of rescue cats, they'd been through so much already and I needed to make sure they were safe from getting lost, getting picked up, injury....I could go on but we know the hazards our fur-friends face. This was going to be an investment - and there's no price on peace of mind, a previous system was less than satisfactory and one of my cats managed to access the conservatory roof and then a neighbour's roof on more than one occasion so I decided to call the team, from the very start - talking to Colin right through to the installation - Phil and Simon, I had the peace of mind I needed - and the investment (as I like to refer to it) is one of the best decisions I've made - my cats can access the garden, any visitors are at a safe distance - and the look of my garden isn't compromised. An excellent Company that I would recommend to anyone with problems keeping their cat(s) in the garden. From first email to final installation the service was exceptional. Josh and Ash drove to us in North Wales (not a quick journey) and did a superb job, despite the rain! We've recently moved here from the Midlands and the new house was on a rather busy road and we decided not to take the risk in letting them out. From being cats that liked to go out, they settled down to be indoor cats very well. We let them out in the protected courtyard yesterday - and being cats they did a circuit of the courtyard (not very big) and then went back indoors to sleep in the sun on the settee! I'm sure they will appreciate it when the sun shines - but then we are in North Wales!

I am so pleased with the work of Mark and Ricky the installers . Knowing my three girls can go enjoy the outdoors, safe and out of harms way is priceless. My garden turned out to be a bit more tricky than anticipated due to a lot of tall trees on the boundry lines. However, this was not a problem and was installed within a day. Ricky was very proffesional and friendly and knowledgeable. He advised me on a any possible areas, (due to the trees) that could act as a way out for my cats. Thanks too all at ProtectaPet. Customer service was brilliant from initial contact when discussing my requirements to the end of installation. Although the price may seem expensive, it is worth every penny for the great service and peace of mind. I have had the protection installed for about a month, with no escapes from any of my cats, but not through lack if trying at first.

Huge thanks to Adam & Ricky for the installation of this amazing system in such a tricky location! The fencing is not in the slightest bit obtrusive (which I have to admit was a concern prior to installation) and the guys were so professional throughout. It's a joy to see our cats Louis and Harry playing outside and be safe in the knowledge that no harm can come to them.
